1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items such as earbuds, beauty tools, or personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria:

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. You will need to send the item to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can quickly verify the issue and send a replacement or offer a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed in one of the following ways:
